Stephey was phenomenal at guiding us though our hydrotherapy spa experience.
Mom & I not had an 80 min chocolate massage….oh my!! It’s was like 3 massages in one. Enyi was so knowledgeable & kind!!
Definitely worth the experience & highly recommend!

My wife and I had a spa day during our visit and loved it. Frank Cordero in hydrotherapy was amazing

Leaving a One Star review so someone in corporate reads this. I paid about $325 bucks for a massage and was told that this month, they changed the rules and that none of the other spa amenities (hydrotherapy pools, sauna, steam room, ice bath etc) were available to me. I would have had to pay an extra $100 additional to use this.
I have been to much nicer spas than this and this is never, ever the case.
I'd never come back to this spa based solely on that fact (the service was great, but the whole point of a spa expirence is to relax longer than 80 minutes)
I was so aggravated, I needed another massage after I left!

Delightful greeting and check in/ check out with Gerard! Australia did my 💆♀️ massage! She is wonderful ❤️. I left feeling very relaxed! Very clean and relaxing environment.
Libaneesa is a very informative and endearing attendent in the locker room/waiting area.

Massive, personal and professional. Not cheap but worth it. Come at least 2 hours prior to the treatment to enjoy the hydrotherapy which is part of the massage.

We just got back from our 7th time at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana. We keep coming back because of the Spa, the Golf Course, the Beach and last but not lease, the great people that work here. We were there from Jan 12 - 26. Our favorites at the Spa is the Hydrotherapy, the couples four hands massge and the couples hot stone massage. My huddy always does the deep tissue massage and this time did the hot stone massage the day before we left. He mentioned that Iris Rose was the best he has ever had! I did the wrap remix and the "one" during this trip.
We by far keeps saying this is the best spa at any resort we have ever been to!

I had the hot stone massage and facial but the therapist washed the stones during the massage and also during the facial. The room was very cold and rock music was playing instead of relaxing spa music. They did give me another 50 minute massage because of the first experience and the massage and room was much better but outside of the room was loud.

Best massage ever had was from Santa German. Go see her. My husband and I both loved it - perfect pressure(s) and I'm 5'8, he's 6'7.

Is it possible to do just the Hydrotherapy? I have a mild touch aversion and I don't like massages but I do love the sort of hot/cold/mud/ect. rooms that it sounds like the hydrotherapy consists of.

Joel Mario Robert Vasquezm the Tourist Services Advisor at Hard Rock just told me via email that the cost is $58 USD/day or $14.5/day after using credits for 75% of it.

I booked spa and golf reservations on line. There was nowhere to indicate that we are using resort credits. Do they automatically apply credits to the bill
