We had a great time zip lining! The guides are all super knowledgeable and fun to be around. We really appreciated Jenny, Javier, victor, and Fernando. There are 5 different zip lines of different lengths and speeds. The views are wonderful. Jenny was always willing to take pictures of people for memories. It was easy to uber to and from San Juan.

We had such a great time! Victor, Fernando & Eduardo were great! Very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and funny! Loved this ziplining adventure. Food & drink were excellent in the Mojito bar. Would highly recommend.

Vector and his teammates led a fun, humorous, and safe zipping adventure! There were 5 ziplines, plenty of awesome wildlife to spot along the way, and a couple minutes of steep steps in between each. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a fun time with good views and great people!!!

The views were amazing! Our tour guides Edny, Fernando, Javier, and Victor were very helpful. Their directions were easy to follow.

The staff were perfect and made me feel safe! They were also very funny and informative. The views were AMAZING and overall just a great experience. Would definitely do again!

It will be a group of 4 and we are interested in the rainforest waterfall tour but would also like to go zip lining. Do you offer a package that includes both where we can zip line and go to the water.

Hello Anita.
We really appreciate your interest in our adventure tours.
For the tourists arriving in the San Juan Port pickup is provided in **Plaza Colón Square** which is walking distance. We meet on the east side of the square in the closest corner to the San Cristobal Fort (see attached photo). Please have your cellular on during departure time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since you are a cruise line guest, please ask your concierge the correct LOCAL time you will be docking in the San Juan Port.

###Directions to Plaza Colon Square:
The square is located approximately 3 blocks up (north) from the main street in front of the cruise piers (Calle Marina).
From the cruise pier area, the easiest way to walk there is to walk to the corner of Calle Marina and Calle Paseo de Colon (across the street from Pier 3) Turn away from the water (north) and follow Calle Paseo de Colon for 2 blocks to Paseo Covadonga. Turn left and walk ½ block to the first street on the right. Turn right onto Road 25 and right again at the first street on the right (also Road 25) Follow this road for approximately 300 yards and you will reach the Southeast corner of Plaza Colon. The walk will take approximately 12 - 15 minutes depending on which pier you start from and your pace. The walk is predominantly uphill over paved and cobblestone surfaces.
Upon reaching Plaza Colon, look for your representative on the east side of the plaza standing in the closest corner to San Cristobal Fort, located in the NE corner. Your representative will be driving a van with the Ecoquest logo on it. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least ten minutes before departure time.

Hello! We really appreciate your interest in our adventures. You will experience our 3 best ziplines, 4 hanging canopy bridges, 8x8 vehicle ride, and cave rappelling in our very complete tour of Campo Rico Cave Rappelling & Ziplining Safari.
The 8x8 vehicle ride lasts about 15 minutes both ways to and from the caves and is driven by a certified tour guide. Just to clarify, this is not an ATV. Only on weekends we offer an 8x8 vehicle ride of 15 minutes for just $15pp.

Hello! We greatly appreciate your interest in our tours.
We recommend for both your kids the Campo Rico Ziplining Adventure. The minimum age for this tour is 8 years of age.
Our other tours (Campo Rico Cave Rappelling & Ziplining and San Salvador Rainforest Ziplining) are for kids with a minimum age of 11.

*Happens in a secluded rainforest 45 minutes away from San Juan.
*It is a fullday adventure.
*Considered challenging.
CAMPO RICO ZIPLINING ADVENTURE:
*Happens in a 2,300 acre subtropical forest 5 minutes away from San Juan.
*It is a halfday adventure.
*Considered moderate-challenging.

There's no cliff jumping in our Campo Rico Ziplining Adventure. This magnificent tour consists of the following:
The Campo Rico Ziplining Adventure starts off by walking through the lush northern coastal plains. We continue by hiking around the formations of the impressive karst mountains and limestone formations which are few in the world. This is home to a great variety of birds and reptiles that inhabit this ecosystem. After reaching the top of the first mountain you will be overwhelmed by the majestic view where the coastline meets the Atlantic Ocean. The adventurers will experience 7 exhilarating ziplines, including one of the longest ziplines in Puerto Rico measuring 1,000 feet long at 200 feet above ground which will glide you across beautiful sceneries of the ocean, mountains, plantain fields and lagoons. Our professionally installed ziplines designed by engineers have double cables and pulleys for extra security. We count with 6 canopy hanging bridges that add to the excitement of this adventure while you trek at 30 feet high above the trees. Our last zipline lands in the unique hilltop Mojito Bar where the tourists will enjoy a delicious homemade puertorrican meal. We offer a succulent menu that includes chicken, beef or pork, rice and beans, side plate and water. The tourists will have the opportunity to buy refreshing beverages, cold beer, mixed drinks, snacks and souvenirs at the Mojito Bar.

Hi - I cannot get this place to return my phone calls, email, info request. I booked a reservation for the 2 for 1 Tuesday, but not sure if I did it correctly since I only booked for 1 person. We need transportation but not sure how to find out where to go. I am at a loss as to how to get ahold of someone there. Any advice?

That is odd - we had no issues with communication most emails were returned within a few hrs (during business hrs). Keep trying!

Check out their website for the various packages and then you can email or call them too. They're super fast with responses. We did the waterfall hike and rappel with zip line and if there was one piece you didn't want to do (rappel) you could absolutely skip that if you wanted to.
