Easy, seamless and prompt! Gamboa was a great driver and helped us practice our Spanish. Would definitely use kalido again and recommend to others !

I have used Kalido Travel at least 4 times over the past 7 years and have always had an excellent experience. This past trip back to the CUN airport, our driver Tomas was a delight and gave us the inside scoop on some restaurants and where to see monkeys! It was a pleasure to converse with him on our ride.

Carlos our driver was excellent. Clean, friendly, clean cars, always early (= on time). Love being able to pick our drinks! Will use again!!!!

We used Kalido for our transportation to Cancun airport from Nickelodeon resort Riviera Maya. Pick up was on time. Vehicle was clean but a bit dated compared to the vehicle we used gen we arrived at the airport with a different transport company. However our driver with Kalido made up for all of it. Our driver was Carlos Gonzalez and he was excellent. Very friendly and made great conversation. Based solely on his personality and professionalism alone I would recommend this transportation service. If you need reliable transportation use Kalido and hope to get a driver as great as Carlos!

Hi, how much would it cost for me from Cancun airport to Wyndham Alltra Cancun All Inclusive Resort on 01/21/2024, arrive at 10:35am (Air Canada). Then from depart from Wyndham Alltra Cancun All Inclusive Resort to Cancun airport, flight departure at 12:45pm (Flair Airlines). I think I would need to be at the airport 2 hrs early on 01/24/2024 so leave hotel around 10am. This will be only 1 person. How long do I have to wait usually when I arrive at Cancun airport, my hotel is only 15 mins drive from the airport? Is this private or group shuttle service?

I'm thinking of booking the Chichen Itza and Ek Balam private tour with Kalido. When you arrive at the ruins, do the tour guides accept USD cash or credit card, or do they only accept pesos?

Hi, I wanted to know if your car service could pick us up from Cancun international airport on 03/20 and take us to our airbnb in Tulum, Mexico. We will be coming back to cancun Tuesday (03/22) morning to stay at the Paradisus cancun, and wanted to know if we can get picked up from our airbnb in Tulum and taken to the Paradisus Cancun. We are wondering about using a reliable transportation for an excursion. Do you do hotel pick up and drop off to any location. Basically our resort in riviera maya to the ferry dock in cancun. Then later in the evening pick up from the ferry in cancun and return to our resort?

Just 2 weeks ago, Kalido picked us up at a resort in Playa Paraiso and took us to Puerto Juarez (the ferry dock to Isla Mujeres). They are wonderful. You can contact them directly through their website or Facebook page for rates.

Big difference in price for private transfer for two. Why is the van $70 and the SUV $110? What's the catch/difference if they're both private transfer?

For the Van this is more of a basic vehicle (still nice though) and for an SUV they are more comfortable and the reason the price is more + they use more gas due to the engine is bigger
