Our guide Anna was wonderful. Her English as impeccable as was her knowledge of Russian history. We enjoyed all the highlights of the city as well as a couple meals that seemed quite authentic. Very pleased with our decision to take a private tour for our two days in Russia. Dimitri, our driver, was also so kind and always exactly where we needed him to be. Raisa took care of all the pre-arrival details as well as secured our visitor visa. Overall A+ experience.

My wife and I were taken around St Petersburg by Anna and Dmetri. Anna, our guide was wonderful. She was an amazing source of knowledge and seemed to always know about practically everything we could ask about. She was courteous and punctual and you could not have asked for more, even down to the smallest details. Dmetri, our driver was just as friendly and could not have tried any more, even to the point of going to extreme lengths to minimise our walking distance amongst other things. Overall, a wonderful two days spent with Anna and Dmetri. Weould do it again. Highly recommended.

Took the 2 Day St Petersburg Treasures Tour with SPB tours. Our guide was Lena.k. She was AMAZING! We saw so many wonderful things and never had to wait in line. We got to go eat at “locals” places. Worth every penny.

Our two day tour of St. Petersburg was fantastic with SPB tours. Our guide, Maria, was knowledgeable, friendly and organized. We were treated to the highlights of the area as well as authentic Russian lunches that were delicious. I highly recommend touring with SPB tours.

It was a perfect tour. Everything was well organized and we had a great time in Saint Petersburg despite the weather - too hot and sticky. Raisa was very helpful and answered our emails quickly and our guide, Anna, was excellent. We wish we could stay longer, but we were on a cruise. We definitely recommend this company.

Raisa is the best guide in the world, she is a true professional in her field. It was our best in St. Petersburg. Raisa is very attentive, responsive, with a great sense of humor!

Maria was our tour guide for our two day visit to St. Petersburg and she was exceptional and very professional. Her knowledge of Russia and all it's history and art was amazing. Maria also knew the ins and outs of each place we toured, and she was able to guide us through each destination and avoid the large crowds. I found Raisa and her tour company Fun St. Petersburg Tours on tripadvisor while researching shore excursions for our Baltic Sea Cruise and found her price to be cheaper than the tours offered by Norwegian Cruise; plus her tour was a personal tour which is much better and touring with a large group from your cruise ship. Her tours also provide a personal car and driver which was awesome since we were driven directly to each destination and dropped off and picked up right at the entrance, and we could also visit any other destination that we wanted to tour. I would highly recommend booking your tour with Fun St. Petersburg as they are a class act.

Este viaje fue realmente majestuoso! Una ciudad que vale la pena recomendar por su historia y por sus palacios de ensueño. Hemos pasado unos dias llenos de actividades culturales, acompañados por la encantadora Raisa Shilina que nos ha hecho de guia turistica por esta ciudad inolvidable.

Raisa was our tour guide when we visited St. Petersburg in April 2017. She was friendly, professional, and made sure we had the time of our lives! We spent 2 full days with Raisa and her driver, Andrei. Each morning, they picked us up from our hotel and spent at least 12 hours a day with us. We visited many museums and monuments each day and Andrei made plenty of impromptu stops to ensure we were able to take the best pictures and experience local delicacies. Thanks to Raisa, we had a very authentic experience in the city. She is a wealth of knowledge and her English is impeccable and very easy to understand.
The van was very comfortable and she could not have organized the trip better. Not only did the itinerary flow with the historical background she provided, she made sure to spend our travel time between stops providing information and interesting facts about Russia, the culture, and preparing us for the next locale on our agenda.
Raisa's flexibility in customizing our itinerary and even changing it on the fly when we expressed a certain food craving or named some obscure monument we wanted to see was impressive and extremely accommodating. There was not a single piece of history or art that she did not know something about or have a story for us and having her as a tour guide truly made the city come alive. Her expertise with the region allowed us to seamlessly enter each museum and location with zero inconvenience.
If you are in need of a tour guide in St. Petersburg, there is no one that is more knowledgeable, enthusiastic, or organized than Raisa. It was a pleasure working with her and we would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting St. Petersburg as she truly went above and beyond.
Quick tip: you pay at the end of your tour; she only takes cash so plan ahead.
