We have done food tours all over the world, but this one was exceptional! Stan was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable. The restaurants we went to were special in terms of quality. We started with pizza and Empanadas at Picsa. We then went to a classic Argentinian steakhouse for the best chorizo sausage I have ever had in my life plus a 4 to 5 ounce piece of premium steak. Not to mention delicious homemade bread and a halloumi type cheese that was traditional along with various sauces, including chimichurri. I thought dessert was probably next, but no, we went to a beautiful restaurant that has been noted by Michelin for their green star meaning exhibiting sustainable practices. We had a delicious chicken Milanese dish, salad and homemade bread, with a peppery olive oil. We also had a polenta dish that is very traditional here. If that weren’t enough, we visited a gelato store that rivals anything in Italy. I had no idea that the food in Buenos Aires was of this quality. I recommend this tour for anyone visiting. it was everything we had hoped it would be. Thank you, Stan for a wonderful evening in Buenos Aires!

Good variety of venues and the food was great. Highly recommend Stan for the guide. Will be back to visit the restaurants.

Maya was amazing. She’s super energetic and a wealth of knowledge. The restaurant choices were perfect and everything was delicious. Just make sure to pace yourself 🙂. Highly recommend this food tour.

Freddy the guide was nice and informative. Good mix of tasty food and insights into Argentinian culture. Esp like the stop with the meat and wine!

Dennis the Menace is the best tour guide I’ve ever had. He brings so much passion and positive energy to the group. We had an amazing time trying incredible foods from around the Palermo SoHo neighborhood while learning interesting facts about the area. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Denis is an amazing tour guide. This was our first day in Buenos Aires and a fantastic way to get acquainted with Argentinian cuisine. Denis does a great job of interacting with the group, telling stories and explaining all of the dishes in detail. Cannot recommend this enough!

Denis was a good and attentive tour guide. Very knowledge about the local culture and showed us a good diversity of food in Buenos Aires

Freddy was so awesome!!! He made sure there were tables set up and food immediately ready at every place we went to, and gave such a detailed description not only of the cuisine but the history that inspired it. Whenever someone asked, he immediately had a list of recommendations, pretty much all of which he knew from personal experience or even a friend who ran them! Plenty of stops to give recommendations on the walk between establishments, and it felt like a very thorough tour of both the food and the neighborhood.

This was a great way to learn about Palermo neighborhood and sample local food. Our tour guide, Freddie, was informative and entertaining. Great experience I would highly recommend.

Yes, the Palermo Food Tour has plenty of vegetarian options already included within the dishes we sample on the tour and we make additional changes to accommodate to any diet.
