Great service and driver. I can't remember her name but she was super nice and very well informed about the where we were going and how we were getting there. We experienced some bad weather on our way and I felt very secure with how she was driving the car in tough conditions. She was attentive to our needs w/ a few loud kids in the car. And the car was clean and roomy. Also, what I really like as a guy who travels a lot, they picked us up w/ a lot of water for us. After a 6 hour flight, it was nice to have water at the ready when we got into our car.

Kind driver, clean car, on time. Very careful with our suitcases and supplies, offered water and chargers, and a comfy safe drive! Good advice on the airport itself and the area as well.

For the past three years, our three-generation family has relied on IME to carry us from the Denver airport directly to our condo, and to take us back to the airport. Some years there are six of us. Other years there are seven. There are grandparents, parents, and children. It's a perfect solution: we don't have to share with anyone else who might object to the antics of our children, we can ask to stop anytime somebody needs a bathroom or a latte, and we don't have to worry about any extra time in the shuttle because it's just us - so side trips or waiting for other passengers to get to the shuttle. The drivers are kind and personable and flexible. They've brought movies for the kids, and of course provide carseats when asked.
This year we had to cancel our shuttle reservations for spring break at the last minute because the ski area closed. IME was really understanding and issued my refund immediately, even though it was within the normal window for no refund. They were gracious and kind and concerned about US.
There is no question that we will always choose IME for our spring break ski vacations, and any other time the family travels to Breckenridge together. IME rocks!

I use this company to go from Denver International Airport to Breckenridge on my christmas vacations. I was traveling with may family 6 of us with 7 suitcases. I looked for the best and least expensive option and i came across this company, This company was great, very punctual, the minute my plane landed in Denver they were calling me to let me know they were waiting for me and giving me instructions once i got my suitcases, the driver was very polite and nice, he stop on frisco to allow us to do some groceries and had everything we needed before I arrive to my VRBO, In the way back they call two days before to confirm the the pick up for the return and again the day before. The Driver for the return to denver was also very nice and polite. Both SUV were very clean and nice. when i come back to Denver i will definitely use them again .

I use the service several times per year, all ways round trip from Vail, CO to Denver International Airport. The SUV's or Van's are on time and are comfortable. The drivers are always friendly.

Super comfortable & always on time. IME were on top of our arrival in DIA. Called to see if I catch an earlier private shuttle from DIA to Vail. 10 passengers Van's perfect fit for our family. Big space for luggage. Wi-fi available on the van. Our driver Pavel wos very polite and professional. So far best service in CO for the price.

Our driver texted us to assure us he’d be waiting outside. He was super friendly and a careful and considerate driver. Water was provided and he was happy to stop for breaks if we wanted.

I would like to thank you so much for a great trip in two directions from Denver to Aspen and back.
Our big family was the first time in the ski resorts of Colorado, we really liked it, our driver was very informative, the car was big and roomy, the driver was on time and we made many stops for photos and it was free. Danke you very much, see you next season.
