Truly awesome, paddle boarding with Saeed in Bahrain Bay was the highlight of our holiday. When we visited them, the pound was at an all time low, so everything seemed expensive, but this was worth every penny and I'd genuinely say, if you do 1 activity during your stay in Bahrain, this is the one to choose.
Saeed was absolutely fluent in English, which meant the whole experience was more fun and relaxing and he took some awesome photos for us too. Very highly recommended!

Beach Culture are based at Bahrain Bay with parking right next to it. Three of us booked online for an hour’s Stand Up Paddle boarding which was only BD9 each. We were given instruction before we went and had adjustable paddle to get the right length for your height. The board felt pretty stable and I didn’t get wet at all!
It was amazing paddling around the bay viewing the sights of Four Seasons Hotel and Bahrain World Trade Centre etc from the water. We had a calm and sunny day which made it very pleasant. Thanks to the guide who took plenty of photos of us - great memories of an awesome day!

I went there this evening for a paddle with my partner, we had a great time watching the sun go down. Would recommend for any experience level, and we will be going back soon!!

Stopped in for paddle surfing before catching a late flight home. Mohanna (guy running the place) has an amazing attitude and makes any activity very enjoyable. Great views especially near sunset.

I took a private beginners lesson of 4 hrs with Mohanna the instructor. the communication beforehand was very good and explained all I needed to know clearly. I arrived on the agreed location which was a man made island with shallow waters surrounding it. excellent for this type of activity and also a great view of Manama city from there.
On the beach the Surf bar / Equipment trailer was set up with relaxing beachy tunes coming from the speakers and for a moment I thought I was in Jamaica. Mohanna started the lesson with explaining the gear and some tips and tricks to set it up quickly and correctly. from there I geared up and started the lesson. the lesson was very methodical and clearly followed a step by step process. During all this there was much focus on safety and no silly risks were taken. overall I felt I was in safe hands.
By the end of the lesson I was really surprised with the amount of progress we made and this can be 100% attributed to Mohanna's experience. Back for more really soon!

I SUP often at home and while visiting Bahrain, I wanted to take my nice and nephew to try it. We had a great time and enjoyed our experience. There was enough instruction for a basic lesson and everyone was very friendly. The location was great for first timers and the view was pretty sweet.
For a business that wants to get people to go back, they need to have adjustable paddles. I’m average height and the paddle was way too long for me. The kids struggled with it but this was their first time so they don’t know the difference. If I was staying here longer, I would not go back for that reason. I’ve rented SUPs from several places before (not in Bahrain) and they’ve always had adjustable paddles.
The kids enjoyed it which is most important but having the proper equipment would have been better.

Is a rating of 5 too much for something as simple as paddle boarding?
Not really...... Had great fun with the instructor 1 on 1
He was relaxed and chilled as i fumbled around and tried to find my feet
Great surroundings with a nice man made beach you feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city..... plenty of opportunity to mess around and have fun
cheap for the price as well, would definitely go back

It was really nice they have a nice beach and an awesome huge pool. You can do sports in the water or relax in the sand. Really nice.

Me and my wife had a great time paddling at this place, we paddled for 2 hours and for the first time we were trained well by the owner himself, its a great exercise and felt really connected to the water! Highly recommended!
