Just got back from an unforgettable boat tour with Stormy Pirates in Saint John, and it truly felt like I was on my own private super yacht! Captain Dave was outstanding—professional, laid-back, and full of local knowledge that made the journey even more special. The crew, Robin and Maggie, were incredible—attentive, warm, and made everyone feel like VIPs from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, and the whole experience had that perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. If you're visiting Saint John, don’t miss this tour—it’s an absolute gem!

Overall great trip, one I would recommend. The set up at the LimeOut is odd if a bunch of people arrive at once with a bit of a wait for food. The snorkel stops were pretty good and the crew (Tyler and Heather) were terrific. Friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to travel with. There is a decent amount of time on the boat but a great way to see St. John from the sea.

We had an amazing family day making memories with Captain Tyler M. this week! It was epic from beginning to end. We wanted to snorkel and enjoy some more secluded beaches, as well as explore around the St John and St Thomas islands. This is exactly what we did, and it did not disappoint. We saw many beautiful fish as well as turtles, ate a lovely lunch at Lovango Resort and buried each other on our own private beach. What a perfect way to experience paradise in the Virgin Islands!

Captain Richard and Jackson led us on a BVI full day charter of fun. Stormy Pirates didn't waste any time getting the day started, as they were one of the first charters out of the harbor. There were 12 of us and it was such a fun group of people from all over.
The fun day of visiting the BVI included stops at Foxy’s, Soggy Dollar, Coco Loco, and ended at Willy Ts. What an experience meeting Foxy himself. He had lots of great stories to share.
Endless drinks on the ship with a great crew and other wonderful passengers made the day one to remember! The Stormy Pirates excursion is highly recommended .

For our Caribbean Grand Finale we visited The Baths National Park in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. We hiked, climbed and twisted through huge granite boulders formed by volcanic activity millions of years ago. The water is crystal clear and legend has it pirates hid here. Captain Cornelius and Maggie were both super knowledgeable and friendly. It was a spectacular way to bring our trip to a close. Thank you, Stormy Pirates for an unforgettable day.

This was a great trip!! HIGHLY recommend!! The crew were fabulous! We had a wonderful husband & wife team (Kenny & wife whose name escaped us but she was wonderful) who took care of us. They made the entire trip easy, relaxing and enjoyable. They provided yummy drinks and snacks and gave great information about the islands/area and answered any questions anyone had.
It was amazing to live our best Kenny Chesney life visiting Foxy's for firewater rum (we even got to meet THE Foxy and talk with him- what a character!) and the Soggy Dollar bar for painkillers. The water and beaches are absolutely gorgeous. We got off at St. John to have dinner and then ended up taking the ferry back to St. Thomas so that we could see/do more.
As a note, we had to swim from the boat to the beach and back at our second stop (White Bay). I mention this in case some people are not physically able to do this. They did offer to try to get some closer, but everyone was having to do this due to the water/beach conditions. You could probably choose to stay on the boat, but that would be sad. :(

Loved our boat trip with our female captain Tara!! She kept it smooth and was honest on where to go. We had a blast at lime out and our other stops. I’m being selfish and don’t want to say where bc they were not busy. Our last stop we saw at least 10 turtles and it was amazing. I loved Tara especially since she was a female captain!

Great crew and wonderful time. Robin and Grant were very knowledgeable about the islands. We had a fun day exploring both the Baths and White Beach.

This is an incredible trip. The crew are amazing, each & every one. They are friendly, a fount of knowledge, & are as helpful as you could possibly want or need. The Baths are breathtaking. I expected it to be more challenging than it was but better to be prepared than not. The hike wasn't steep. Would recommend flip flops or water shoes for the hike down. Water shoes are not necessary for the baths. White Bay is gorgeous with a soft sandy beach. Lots of restaurant options when you get there. We had a 5 yr old on the boat & people in their 70's & no one had any problems. The boat was clean & there was planty of room to move around. I would highly recommend booking this trip.

Captain David was an excellent captain! He was very knowledgable & shared a lot of stories about the islands. We visited multiple snorkel spots & enjoyed them all. I will definitely hire David again next year when we return for our annual trip to St. Thomas!

when traveling with your company, are there storage lockers? bringing a passport is necessary, but if there is swimming and such, where are guests supposed to keep valuables?

NO, the right now day trips are not possible back and forth across the International border because of the strict testing regulations to go and come back. As soon as the testing and regulations allow for day boat trips, we will start to offer them again.
It will NOT be for only $182.50 though.....

Good Day, The BVI are currently closed to marine traffic, so we are not offering any BVI trips right now. As soon as the BVI opens their borders to day boats we will start offering those trips again. In the meantime, we are offering some really cool USVI day trips and we would love to have you join us on one of them.

We DO pay our employees a very competitive living wage. We also offer them benefits and paid vacation time, which is an added bonus that not many companies offer. This is why we have crew members who have been with us for years and come back to work for us season, after season.
When you are vacationing in the Virgin Islands, you must realize that you are in an area where every employee is in a service based industry. Thish means that working as a crew member on a boat, is a service based industry and the majority of their income is based on tips. This is not only with our company, but with ALL the charter companies across the US and British Virgin Islands. Tt is clearly stated that crew gratuity is not included in your boat day on our website, on TripAdvisor, on our confirmation email and on our reminder email (4 different places before you got on our boat) If you would have read any of those you would have known exactly what to expect at the end of your boat day. There are NO hidden fees!!
BTW, We DO pay our employees a very competitive living wage and offer them an amazing work environment.
Our employees only complaint at the end of the day, is having to serve people like you. #samesadyou

If we cancel a trip due to weather or any other reason you will receive a full refund. If there is bad weather we do out best to try to reschedule a trip for another day.
If you cancel for any reason within 48 hours of the trip, then we are unable to issue a refund, because we could have probably sold those seats to someone else.
If you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance, we will issue a full refund. Between 2 weeks and 48 hours, we will issue a 50% refund on your trip.
But, if you book direct we may be able to make some adjustments, If you book through a third party we can not.

I’m from Lebanon and I have a US visa. BVI Tourism Board said that my visa requirement for the BVI is waived because I have a US visa. Is there a problem with going on a tour with you to the BVIs in this case?
