I don't think the museum itself offers guided tours. There are group tours offered by tour companies in Moscow at a cost. The museum does have audio guides and maps. The biggest issue is identifying which buildings are open because it rambles over a number of buildings and works are in progress to improve it and then to make sure that you know exactly which building houses the things you really want to see. They are helpful even if they don't speak a lot of English.
