I stayed at this hotel for six nights during my Fall Break. My wife and two small children joined me for our family vacation in Lviv. Strengths: We rented a suite for six nights and the total price was only $106. What a bargain. The staff tried their best to be helpful, even though we didn't speak any Ukranian and they didn't know any English. They were quick to help and seemed very happy that we chose their hotel. Some staff stay on the premises. They provided a baby cot for our stay as well. The hotel has a very nice sauna/hammam and a small pool. The spa cost extra, but we found the private spa to be very relaxing and liked that we had it all to ourselves. We ate one dinner at the hotel and it was plenty of food at a fair price. (They even printed out a menu in English for us). Breakfast was sufficient and 2 breakfasts were included in our suite price. (We paid for 2 extra breakfasts for our children each day.) The hotel offered free wifi, which worked best in the lobby but didn't work whenever it was cloudy. There is a small play area outside which the kids enjoyed while I used wifi to get directions. Areas for improvement: The shower water was lukewarm. An English speaking employee would be nice. The wifi could not be accessed from our room. TIPS: Because of the language barrier, we didn't understand that if we wanted our room serviced, we had to leave our key at the front desk. The pool is not kid-friendly. It is intentionally kept very cold so that after your hot sauna you can cool off. If you want your kids to swim, the indoor aqua park is 15 minutes away. While the hotel is around 20 KM from Lviv, sometimes because of traffic, it can take you 45 minutes to get into the city. All in all, this hotel served its purpose for us and we had a great week! I can recommend this hotel if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel with spacious rooms, a nice breakfast and a relaxing spa. If I returned to LVIV as a couple, I would stay here again. But, as a family, I would look for somewhere with a pool the children could enjoy as well. Or, stay in the city to save the commute time and then go to the indoor water park a couple of times so the kids can swim.…
When we arrived at Lviv airport we immediately went to the hotel, which was a 20 minute drive away. It looked more like a motel in our opinion. We stayed in the wooden cabin for only €8, which is very cheap for our Dutch standards. We shared the cabin with other guests, but we did not meet them. The staff did not speak English, but were very helpful and tried their best to understand us. The restaurant food was okay, but do not expect a full course dinner. Overall, for this price everything was good and we had a very nice stay!
I stayed in that hotel one night and can tell that what i paid its more then good. Room was big one, clean. bed, sheets - comfortable. Bathroom- normal Theres towels, soap, shampoo.. parking for car. Stuff really friendly. I put that on my list because i travel often on that route
