Réservation de la maison pour 8 personnes via un hôte:loic estelle et co où la location se trouvait sur le site d airbnb. Après avoir versé 1792 euros pour 6 nuits nous avons avons découvert l arnaque. Nous devions téléphoner à la propriétaire 2h avant notre arrivée c'est ce que nous avons dans le fait. À notre arrivée la maison était fermé le frigo pas branché la maison sentait le renfermé et beaucoup de toiles d'araignées. Nous avons découvert que le 8e lit était au salon et non dans une chambre pas pratique quand c est pour un enfant. Cuisine pas bien équipée même pas une passoire où même huile poivre sel comme annoncé dans l annonce. Eau chaude qui arrive au bout de 10 minutes. Pas de pression. Fenêtres qui s ouvrent difficilement et qui tiennent àvec une cale en bois. Pas de wifi dans la maison. Accès à la piscine limitée et avec les deux chiens de la propriétaire. Interdiction d accéder à la salle de jeux sous prétexte que l on a des enfants. Propriétaire désagréable. Qui s énerve très vite impossible de discuter. Pour terminer fuite d'eau dans une douche interdiction par la propriétaire de se servir d une douche. Après 3 nuits de bataille nous avons quitté les lieux sans même voir la propriétaire qui n à pas répondu à nos appels. Airbnb nous as aidé et nous avons obtenu un remboursement mais cela reste au cauchemar àvec 4 enfants. C est honteux. Quand à l hôte ils ont répondu uniquement 5 jours après en nous menaçant de poursuites judiciaires pour soit disant dégradations de la maison. Nos vacances ont été bel et bien gâchés. Cette location devrait être retirer.…

Muito bom

Solar do século 17 , muito bonita e com vários apartamentos que dão muita tranquilidade aos visitantes. Os jardins são muito bonitos e a piscina ótima! Tem capela e a proprietária é muito simpática! Sala de jogos e muito perto de Entre os Rios e das Termas de S. Vicente.

Una casa muito descuidada

Reservamos a quinta completa para uma família de 26 pessoas e o dia que chegamos, encontramos a quinta muito descuidada, entre os jardins e as próprias casas, tanto que não ficamos na casa nem um só dia apesar de perder o sinal que já tínhamos pago 1.200€ que a Da.Margarida se nego a devolver. Os apartamentos de 4 e 2 pessoas tinham camas na cozinha, embora não se veja em nenhuma foto que se apresentam nos website. As casas aparentemente estavam limpas, mas tinham aranhas e teias e os armários de algum apartamento estavam bastante sujos e as janelas com cortinas com agrafos. A piscina estava suja, o fundo com esquinas verdes, o jardim descuidado com papéis pelo chão. Para 4 dias a Da. Margarida pediu-nos 2.400€ embora os website onde se publica esteja mais barata. Замечательная поездка

Мы останавливались здесь на пару дней, изучая Дору, и это было прекрасное место для отдыхаMargarida - замечательный хозяин, дожидалось на выходе, несмотря на безбожный час. Наличие желанной корзины в холодильнике для нас и снабдили нас долгое путешествие по очень очаровательным дома.Это идеальное место, чтобы исследовать Дору с большим количеством удобств поблизости.Мы бы точно вернемся.

Truly unforgettable...in the worst way!

Working since 27 years in travel business I have seen many outstanding to bad hotels and vacation rentals around the world....this has without doubt been one of the worst. To start with the good things. The quinta is a beautiful place in a very nice landscape about 50 km east of Porto. The quinta could be a marble to stay if the property would be better maintained, cleaner and the "host" (Patrona Margarita Baldar) would be a different character. Lets start with the arrival. We were told to arrive at 3 pm but we arrived earlier as the trip frm Coimbra was shorter than we thought. There was nobody so we decided to have a drink in a bar in the village. The village is not very pleasing but that did not bother us. When we came back only the maid was there. A friendly, only portugese speaking woman who had no clue who we were, which appartment we had paid for. So she tried to get in touch by phone with the "patrona" with little success. According to her she was at the doctor. After a while negotiating with the gardener she decided to give us an appartment. The place was not at all prepared. No refrigerator, not clean, even the toilet paper was missing as we later found out....! Hastily a frige and microwave was carried into the apt and the door was shut. Deceived by the appearance of the apt (very small, no window, short beds, spiders in the bathroom and some other undefineable insects) I decided to try the swimming pool. The pool is small but clean. As soon as you leave the pool you are surrounded by hords of flies because nobody ever picks up all the rotten fruit frm the trees. We waited some hours for the "patrona" who had arrived but she wouldn't bother to welcome us or offer us a drink or something. So we went out to spend the evening in Porto and discuss what to do. The next morning again nobody showed up and after a bad night with almost no sleep because of barking dogs and flies in the apt we decided to look around the coast for another place to stay. The next morning "la patrona" showed up and barked that we should come to her office to sign papers and give her money. I thought this is really too much at 830 on a sunday morning. I told Mrs Baldar that we would leave and she could keep the money we already paid by a banktransfer. She insisted on receiving the full amount with the words "we here need the money, you dont" (it's crisis in Portugal and I do know why). What followed was a hysterical outburst of a woman who should better work as a prison ward. She locked up all the gates so we were not able to leave this nightmare. After she realized that I was not impressed at all and started insulting me "I f you are too poor to travel you should not" I showed here my business ID with my function in travel business. Than she would let us go....! So make up your mind before you book this.…
