I absolutely don't recommend to go to this hotel. I called in and a really rude lady answered the phone. I simply called to find out if the rooms were pet friendly or not. I guess some people have issues to hide their racism as I have a clear french accent and the lady kept interrupting me on the phone and each time to tell me to check by myself on their website. I can't even imagine how they would have welcomed me if I would have gone there... Anyway hoping that a deep training on how to keep racism for yourself and not to show it to customers would be great idea for the management.
booked here never got to stay, i had a charge on my Credit card when spoke to the manager was told accounting error but never refunded the charge on my card. even after extensive emails back and fourth still no refund not a great look for any hotel
