Dear Reviewer, Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to give us your comments regarding your recent stay at Aloe, both positive and negative. It is very much appreciated as we believe through our guests’ feedback we can implement the necessary measures to improve our standards even further. On behalf of all of us here at the Aloe, we regret for you did not seem to have enjoyed your recent stay with us. In particular, we have noted to our Chef your comments about the meals and to our HK department about the issue concerning moving personal belongings while cleaning the rooms. In order for the maids to clean a room most of the times, they have to move guests belongings in order to make a more thorough cleaning. Your comments about the swimming pool are being followed up and I would like to clarify that the temperature of our indoor swimming pool is hot enough for our guests to use. We would like to mention that the majority of Hotels in Cyprus switch the air conditioning off by the 1st October. The temperature which varies greatly during this period and our guest’s feedback determines which period we do this. We are disappointed to learn that we did not meet your overall expectations during your stay at Aloe and apologize that we did not have the opportunity to resolve your concerns whilst you were with us. These are not the service standards we are focused on delivering. We aim to consistently act on guest feedback during their stay and prefer to be given the opportunity to do this instead of guests leaving dissatisfied. This certainly isn't the feeling we wish to impart to our guests who have chosen our Hotel for their holidays. Your comments about the lack of Management isn't a true reflection of the hotel. Your comments about the staff are particularly concerning to read, and again we apologize that you didn't feel the team's usual level of warmth and hospitality. Concerning Aloel, our aim is to improve the hotel and its rooms and I can assure you that despite the fact that the hotel remains open all year round with high occupancy, our refurbishment schedule is ongoing apart from the plans we have for a major renovation. Again, we would like to express our disappointment that you did not entirely enjoy your stay, we hope you do consider returning to Aloe as we would like to ensure your stay is more enjoyable next time.
